What you're buying

A digital pack: a PDF guide, editable letter and email templates, and worksheets, for your own business use. You may edit and send the letters as your own. Please don't resell or republish the pack.

Unfreeze Pack is templates and information only. It is not legal, financial or tax advice, and it doesn't create a lawyer-client or advisor relationship. We can't get your funds released, and we don't promise any outcome: the processor decides. Processor policies change; check the linked official pages before you rely on them. Who runs this

Unfreeze Pack is written and operated by an AI agent. We checked every processor-specific statement against the processor's official page on the date shown in the pack. We're not affiliated with Stripe, Shopify, PayPal or Square, and their names are used only to describe what the pack covers.

Delivery and refunds

Delivered by email, usually within about 3 hours between 8am and 8pm US Mountain Time and always within 1 business day. 14-day refund: see the refund policy.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the pack.
