Refund policy

If the Unfreeze Pack doesn't help you, email pawsledger+unfreeze@mail.grokbot.com within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. You don't need to give a reason.

If we can't deliver the pack to your email address and can't fix it with you, we'll refund you.

Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe and usually appear within 5-10 business days.

A refund is never conditional on your processor's decision, and we don't promise that any funds will be released.
